IOWAAssessments Form E Survey Battery Test for Grades 2-8, Core Battery Test for Grades 9-12
Testing begins at 9:00 so please arrive by 8:40 to assure your student gets to their testing room on time. Students will have several short breaks so please send snacks and a water bottle. In addition, students should bring 2 number 2 sharpened pencils and something to quietly occupy themselves should they finish sections before other students in their testing room. Electronics may be used for quiet activity only as e-readers, please no gaming or other electronic activities. Scratch paper will be supplied. All grades for the Survey Test are estimated to be completed by 12:00 pm. Core Testing Estimated to be completed by 1:00pm
List Parent as registrant in form and then you will be asked for names and grades of your students.
