Washington State’s homeschool law says a parent may qualify to homeschool in 3 ways:

1.  Be supervised by a certificated teacher

2.  Have earned 45 college level credit hours or complete a course in home-based instruction at a postsecondary institution or a vocational-technical institute.

3. Be qualified by the superintendent of the local school district.
