Love HS to College

Bellevue College’s Astronomy Department and the Science and Math Institute invite you and your students to experience the wonders of our solar system…under our planetarium’s skies. In our planetarium we are able to recreate the clear night sky, which enables students to explore the stars and constellations. You may choose a full-dome video to accompany the live segment portion of your show.

The Secret Lives of Stars” goes into more depth about the actual nature of stars. The audience will learn that not all stars are created equal. Some are massive. Others are tiny; almost insignificant. The specific characteristics of a star will determine what type of life it will lead, how long it might live and even the type of death it will die. We will witness the amazing variety of stars and peer into their secret lives.

Cost is $6.50 per student and chaperone.  Everyone needs a ticket.
